Steve has helped thousands of individuals and families realize the dream of home ownership since he began working in the mortgage business more than 20 years ago.
A graduate of LaSalle High School and the College of the Holy Cross, Steve also earned a graduate certificate in Business Administration from the Wharton School and is a Certified Residential Mortgage Specialist with the National Association of Mortgage Professionals. Steve lives with his wife and three children in Wyndmoor, Pa., and enjoys traveling, golfing and doing volunteer work for WXPN in Philadelphia.
Having worked in the residential mortgage industry since 1972, Jim offers the kind of knowledge and experience that few mortgage professionals in the Philadelphia area can match.
After completing his service in the United States Navy, Jim began working as chief underwriter at the Philadelphia VA office, where he developed an expertise in VA and FHA loans, and over the course of the past four decades has overseen thousands of mortgage originations. Jim lives with his wife Karen, our office manager, in Lower Gwynedd.
Sally has been part of the Keegan Mortgage family since 1994, and has spent nearly 30 years working in the banking industry.
At Keegan, Sally oversees all activities related to the processing and closing of mortgages. Working closely with our customers as well as our extensive network of lenders, realtors and title companies, Sally aims to make each and every loan move as easily as possible toward closing. A native of Oreland, Sally now lives in Glenside, Pa. with her husband and son.
Karen is the friendly face of Keegan Mortgage, and very often the first person that new customers meet when they first come into our office.
As office manager, provides crucial support to our staff as they strive to provide the best service possible to our customers. She also has the crucial responsibility of tending to our office mascot, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel named Solo. Karen’s late father, Kevin Keegan, was a pioneer in the local mortgage industry who served as regional head of Fannie Mae, and his commitment to professionalism and customer service continues to serve as inspiration to our staff today.
